- What is BizkaiUp?-

BizkaiUp is an application of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia that allows you to access the most relevant information on Bizkaia. It has a notification service with which to keep up to date with the news that occurs and a point of contact with Citizen Services. Now, more than ever, the activity in Bizkaia is closer to those who seek to enjoy our territory.

Access our new Citizen Attention service. In this section you can make inquiries, find telephone numbers of interest and request your previous appointments. Manage your previous appointments with the Provincial Council of Bizkaia from your mobile.

Our apps where you will access all the available applications that the Provincial Council of Bizkaia currently has, all the information in the palm of your hand.

New, more intuitive home and a new "My space" section where you will be able to set sections as favorites so that you can access them much faster and make access easier.

If you have requested an appointment in our appointment section, you will also be able to see a summary with the basic information of your appointments.

At Bizkaup we care about accessibility, thanks to black and white our interface is more legible. Bizkaiup now available in light mode and dark mode.

- How to sign up for BizkaiUp and start enjoying its services?-

It is very easy, you only have to use the Bak or BakQ system that you already know, after which you will be able to access advanced services with the Provincial Council of Bizkaia.
